And I dont' want to wallow in self pity, just have strength to face what can be done to move forward. oh, and the direction to be clear, that would be helpful!

Thanks for listening,
M.Margarethttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07301033264230451872noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2522831918774543464.post-57615258476407494172007-05-17T11:51:00.000-05:002007-05-17T11:55:43.167-05:00My 3 year oldMathew started talking about somthing that I needed information about.
I found lot of great stuff at classbrain.com for parents and teachers.
It has several parenting phamplets that helped answer some of my questions.

enjoyMargarethttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07301033264230451872noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2522831918774543464.post-54103009802952644712007-04-25T11:41:00.000-05:002007-04-25T11:43:02.699-05:00SCRAPBOOKING!I found scrapbooking online!

http://weedsandwildflowersdesign.typepad.com/

this one has downloadable freebies!Margarethttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07301033264230451872noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2522831918774543464.post-81225171636341604132007-04-24T11:20:00.001-05:002007-04-24T11:56:57.741-05:00Simply Successful SecretsHere is a fun game of tag!

Write a new post stating your 5-10 top success secrets that you do each week. Tag your friends to do the same. Then link your secrets to this main blog:
http://www.todayisthatday.com/blog/simply-successful-secrets/
(there are more detailed intructions at this site!)

I found the game at http://blog.beyondhorizoncoaching.com/search/label/fun
Hueina Su's blog Intensive Care for the Nurturer's soul.

Here are my 5-10 success secrets.
The game got me thinking. It's been a long time since I implemented these success secrets, I have a 3 year old and haven't taken the time to implement what I know to be effective. These are the things I did regularly and I felt wonderful, and my life was joyous and perfect. Maybe just thinking about them will help me take the time I need for myself to feel great about myself again.

1) Write. Everyday. no excuses. 3 pages. And I did it, getting up at 5:30 to happily do so and then 3 turns into 4, then 5 and sometimes up to 8 pages before heading out the door for work. (maybe if i can find a way to keep it focused this great habit can help me write a book!)

2) Meditate daily. Go inside to the love. listen. breathe.

3) Call my best friend everyday. We discussed the patterns of behavior we were working on, we laughed and cried. and Grew - immensly. I kept in touch with lots of friends. (Why did I stop doing this?)

4) Read. Anything that helps me learn about myself. I spent time implementing tools learned in books I read. (gotta fit this into my time now!) From here I set goals and accomplished them, personal and professional.

5) Music. Uplifting music. Let myself dance to it! (alone!)

6) Walk. almost everyday. It is relaxing. I invest my thoughts on positive affirmations and creating characters for stories or visualizing my goals.

7) Create. At least 1 thing per week. Whether it is cooking, drawing, painting, collage, anything to express myself.

Now I need to tag some friends to do the same!
Enjoy!Margarethttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07301033264230451872noreply@blogger.com9tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2522831918774543464.post-59023735963106363472007-04-24T11:10:00.000-05:002007-04-25T11:12:47.291-05:00MyBlogLogI've been blogging and found mybloglog.
Visit it and see my community links!http://www.mybloglog.com/buzz/members/Margaretrose/Margarethttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07301033264230451872noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2522831918774543464.post-32573858185584073712007-04-24T10:36:00.000-05:002007-04-25T11:12:29.594-05:00novel writinghi,

November is National Novel Writing Month at this link
http://www.nanowrimo.org/

This will be a fun thing to do!
50,000 In a month. thats 1667 words a day or 6 pages.

I'm a member of our local writer's guild here in Sudbury. It reduces carbon emmisions that harm the environment and I get the bonus of a reduced electricity bill! The company also offers a room oxygenator. It cleans the air in my home. The whole house smells like the fresh outdoors, which is so much better than adding fragrance on top of household odors.

Andy has more info than I do about this - here is his web site:
http://www.alavoie.myfti.biz/FTI2006/index.asp

Drop him a line and let him know I sent ya!

MargaretMargarethttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07301033264230451872noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2522831918774543464.post-15739750991870709992007-04-05T10:36:00.000-05:002007-04-07T16:55:02.210-05:00info from Law of Attraction web siteMy thoughts for today-from The Science of Getting Rich by Walace D. Wattles.

"To live fully in soul, man must have love; and love is denied expression by poverty.
A man's highest happiness is found in the bestowal of benefits on those he loves; love finds its most natural and spontaneous expression in giving. The man who has nothing to give cannot fill his place as a husband or father, as a citizen, or as a man. It is in the use of material things that a man finds full life for his body, develops his mind, and unfolds his soul. It is therefore of supreme importance to him that he should be rich." (chpt. 1)

"Man is a thinking center, and can originate thought. All the forms that man fashions with his hands must first exist in his thought; he cannot shape a thing until he has thought that thing. And so far man has confined his efforts wholly to the work of his hands; he has applied manual labor to the world of forms, seeking to change or modify those already existing. He has never thought of trying to cause the creation of new forms by impressing his thoughts upon Formless Substance."
"I have said that men get rich by doing things in a Certain Way; and in order to do so, men must become able to think in a certain way.
A man's way of doing things is the direct result of the way he thinks about things.
To do things in a way you want to do them, you will have to acquire the ability to think the way you want to think; this is the first step toward getting rich."(chpt 4)

The book is avalilable on line as public domain at http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/The_Science_of_Getting_Rich

enjoy,
MargaretMargarethttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07301033264230451872noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2522831918774543464.post-9542958737229617342007-04-04T12:56:00.000-05:002007-04-04T21:04:28.271-05:00Official Google Docsfound this interesting blog.
